In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 747.phlive. Registration of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is prohibited. 747.phlive reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonus balances.
3.2 You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 747.phlive may verify this information against third-party identity databases.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and OTP codes. You must notify 747.phlive immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Accounts registered using false, misleading, or another person's identity information will be permanently closed, and any funds therein may be withheld pending investigation in cooperation with relevant authorities.
4.1 747.phlive accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven cash deposits. Accepted payment methods are subject to change and will be indicated in the Cashier section of the Platform.
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposit limits may be set by 747.phlive or by the Player through Account Settings.
4.3 747.phlive does not charge deposit fees on GCash and Maya transactions. Fees applied by third-party payment processors are beyond 747.phlive's control and are the Player's responsibility.
4.4 All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and fund reversal.
4.5 747.phlive reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits suspected of originating from unauthorized sources, in connection with fraudulent activity, or in violation of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
5.1 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal to GCash and Maya are generally processed within 5–15 minutes. Bank transfers are processed within the same business day.
5.2 KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed. 747.phlive may request a valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment account used.
5.3 Withdrawal requests that include Bonus Funds which have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement will be declined until the requirement is met. Real Money Balance that has not been co-mingled with active bonus wagering may be withdrawn without restriction.
5.4 747.phlive reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such circumstances, 747.phlive may cooperate with PAGCOR, law enforcement, or financial institutions in their investigations.
5.5 The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other channels are displayed in the Cashier section.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotions made available on 747.phlive are subject to the specific terms published at the time of each offer, including Wagering Requirements, eligible games, and validity periods.
6.2 General bonus conditions applicable across all 747.phlive promotions include:
6.3 Abuse of bonus offers — including, but not limited to, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, wagering patterns designed to minimize risk while satisfying Wagering Requirements ("bonus abuse"), or collusion — will result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension, and recovery of any withdrawals made through such means.
7.1 All games available on 747.phlive use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed physical game equipment. Game outcomes are not manipulated by 747.phlive.
7.2 Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are provided within the respective game's information panel. Historical RTP figures may vary from theoretical figures over short periods of play.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server interruption, software error, or connectivity failure — 747.phlive reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the applicable stakes to the Player's account balance.
7.4 Players must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with 747.phlive games or systems. Detection of such use will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 747.phlive and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 747.phlive Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 747.phlive's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
11.2 747.phlive is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any loss of gambling winnings resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
11.3 747.phlive makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Access to certain games or features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or third-party provider issues.
12.1 747.phlive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, abusive conduct, or regulatory compliance requirements.
12.2 Upon closure of an account in good standing, any verified Real Money Balance remaining will be returned to the Player through the registered withdrawal method, after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations or investigative holds.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 747.phlive support via live chat or at [email protected]. Active bonuses will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.
13.1 747.phlive collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on 747.phlive, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 747.phlive may share Player data with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and financial intelligence units in the Philippines where legally required or where there is reasonable suspicion of criminal activity.
14.1 747.phlive reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect.
14.2 Continued use of the 747.phlive Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to the 747.phlive customer support team for resolution. If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant regulatory authority.
15.3 Players who believe 747.phlive has violated its regulatory obligations may file a complaint with PAGCOR through the official PAGCOR complaints channel.
